Going shopping for pet supplies when Project Purr is holding a cat adoption event can have unintended consequences:

Behold! I give you Nimbus. He's 3 1/2 months old. Although he's a Siamese and Himalayan mix, he acts more like a Ragdoll.

Nimbus bonded with us so fast. For the first day he had free run of the house, he didn't even explore it because he wouldn't leave our side. Noriko isn't sure about him yet, but she's slowly warming up. The ferrets of course loved him right away, bouncing all over him; which freaked him out at first, but now they're having great fun wrestling and chasing and playing peek-a-boo.
