During the last full moon, I looked out my window and thought I saw trash on the lawn. Upon closer inspection, it was like some bizarre scene out of Matango...

The eery, spongy fungi looked like UFOs had landed.

I brought one of the eight inside. The biggest toadstools I've ever seen!

It could be a parasol for a ferret, or a umbrella for one heck of a mixed drink.

That's not all that's growing fast here. Check out Scorpius at 5 months, now bigger than Lolly at 11.

We tried to get a picture of Scorpius with the mushroom, but he's scared of it. In fact, all of of our pets are scared of it, even the fish. Weird. I'm going to go watch Matango now. :)
